We’ll be bringing the crisp mountain air and fresh water of the Kootenays to Smiths on Saturday March 11, in the form of quality brews. Fernie Brewing Company (from Fernie) and Torchlight Brewing Co. (from Nelson) will be taking over all the taps on this night.
Fernie Brewing Company has been making quality brews since 2003, first in the Pask family barn, and now in their ever expanding facility just outside of Fernie. We’ll be featuring some of their award-winning core line-up, a couple seasonal brews, plus some barrel aged stand outs.
Torchlight was established in Nelson in 2014. Since then, this nano-brewery has been knocking out loads of different types of beer (more than 40). The only way you’ll get to try them is to head to Nelson or come to Smiths for this tap takeover. We are looking forward to finally trying some of their fantastic suds.
